Dispatch of your order will hopefully be within 1 week (if not sooner) however you should realistically allow up to 14 days.

Exchange or refund of any item is acceptable provided that the item is in its original condition and is returned within 7 days of receipt. (It is advisable to obtain proof of postage and to send the item registered, as Made and Found cannot be held responsible for breakages and items lost in the post.) 

Items damaged or not as ordered should be made known to us within 24 hours. We cannot accept responsibility after this period.
